After one sleepless night for mom, we got to the hospital at 5am to prepare for a c-section. I'm really happy with the hospital experience so far. Besides throwing up through most of the surgery, it went great and most importantly miss Carmen Prosperity came out with a loud cry and pretty pink skin. My mom (GaGa) and Kim (Papa) were here all morning and Ryan's mom (NaNa) is here all week helping out with Bo. Big brother was very happy and excited about the whole thing, hopefully it will be an easy transition for him. Carmen has been very calm and sleepy so far. She makes adorable kitten noises and seems to be nursing well. :) I'm doing well, just have abdominal pain and am very itchy from the meds. Ryan is happy to have his little girl here & is helping out a ton... best daddy award! Thank you for your thoughts and prayers, we're so blessed!
